    Expert Workshops vary between one and two days, depending on group size and delivery format.

  • Online, live training across 6 modules, totaling 15–18 hours, with practical exercises you can apply immediately.Both options are available.
    Workshops can be held onsite for deeper team interaction or virtually through guided online sessions.
    Many partners choose a hybrid model — combining digital insights with in-person facilitation for maximum impact.

  • Organizations can start with selected teams, leadership groups, or entire departments.
    Certified partners work with HR and L&D teams to tailor the participant mix for the desired outcomes (for example: team synergy, leadership development, or cross-functional collaboration).

  • Post-workshop feedback, engagement indicators, and optional CareerPathKEY analytics are used to track progress.
