Our Affiliate Program is designed to recognize and reward certified coaches and consultants who integrate our tools, CareerPathKEY and The Potential Journey, into their professional work and communities.

At least two direct client transactions per year (individual or bundle sales)

Activate your Affiliate status by purchasing a report package (minimum 10 reports)
Share your partner code with your clients or peers.
Earn 15% commission on each sale through your code.
Stay active with your platform subscription and at least two yearly transactions.

Strategic Partner Model
The Strategic Partner Model is designed for experienced professionals who want to take a leadership role in expanding CareerPathKEYs impact within their region.
Strategic Partners represent the brand in their country or area, building sustainable bridges between their own company, AlignmentKey and local coaching, consulting, education, and corporate ecosystems.
It’s not just a business role — it’s a partnership based on trust, shared purpose, and ethical collaboration, empowering leaders to drive growth, connection, and meaningful transformation in their markets.

Demonstrated alignment in vision and collaboration ethics
Minimum €5,000 annual revenue (bundles, projects, or referrals)
Minimum 2 direct transactions per quarter
Minimum 4 new Affiliates onboarded per year

How to Join?
Becoming part of the Alignment Key ecosystem means joining a professional community that values authenticity, growth, and collaboration.
Whether you are an independent coach, consultant, or an organization, the process is simple and transparent: designed to help you start with clarity and confidence.
1. Complete the Certification Program
Begin by joining one of our certification tracks:
CareerPathKEY Coach/Consultant Certification
The Potential Journey Coach Certification
This ensures that every Affiliate and Partner represent our programs with professionalism and a deep understanding of their methodology
2. Activate Your Account
After certification, purchase your first report package (minimum 10 reports) to activate your Affiliate status for 12 months.
You will receive your personal partner code and gain access to all materials and updates related to the program.
3. Start Sharing & Collaborating
Use your partner code in your client work, projects, and network.
All web sales are automatically tracked by Alignment Key, and your commissions are calculated quarterly.
For larger collaborations or regional projects, our team will guide you through the process of becoming a Strategic Partner.
