  • You’ll be certified to interpret and apply CareerPathKEY reports and to deliver The Potential Journey Fundamental Workshops: Step Into Your Potential and Unlock Your Potential.

  • Online, live training across 6 modules, totaling 15–18 hours, with practical exercises you can apply immediately.

  • Cohort start dates are announced periodically.

    New cohorts are typically launched several times per year.

  • Yes. Prior Human Design/BG5 training or professional experience is required. This is an integrated, fast-track program—not a beginner course. Please join Level 1 Certification for Professional Coaches if you do not have human design training. The program does not teach or qualify anyone for human design specific consulting. These programs are offered through BG5BI and IHDS. Please reach out to us if you have questions.

  • Comprehensive training materials, facilitation templates for workshops, access to the CareerPathKEY Partner Platform, ongoing learning opportunities, and community/mentorship support.
    Also as a bonus for the first Cohort we are including 3 CareerPathKEY reports as a gift so you can immediately start applying and earning.

  • The program is delivered in English. Additional language cohorts may be announced based on demand.

  • Readiness is evaluated through participation and practical exercises aligned to real use (report interpretation + facilitation). Full assessment details are shared during onboarding.

  • Yes. You can use the methodology with individuals and organizations; co-branding options for corporate projects are available under our partner guidelines.

  • CareerPathKey certification does not teach or qualify participants for BG5 or Human Design professional coaching. Participants of this cohort are expected to have prior expertise in Human Design. You will learn how to work with the components of the report and workshops, and you can additionally provide your clients with services in Human Design, BG5 or other coaching modalities based on your qualifications.
