    • Level 2 – Certified Consultant (Fundamentals)
      This level is right for you if you want to:

      • facilitate Step Into Your Potential and Unlock Your Path programs

      • work with teams and corporate clients

    You can start with Level 1 and move to Level 2 when you feel ready.
    There is no pressure to progress — each level stands on its own.

  • Yes.
    The Level 1 Certification program, “Coaching with CareerPathKEY,” is approved for ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits.

    • Total: 16 CCE units

      • 11 Core Competency (CC) credits

      • 5 Resource Development (RD) credits

    The program is designed in alignment with ICF Core Competencies and supports coaches in strengthening their professional practice while earning recognized continuing education credits.

    Upon successful completion, you will receive an official certificate indicating your earned CCE units.

  • Level 2 – Certified Consultant (Fundamentals) is designed for coaches who want to expand beyond one-to-one coaching and work confidently with groups, teams, and organizations.
